1. Offer valid for new Ksatria eClinic subscribers only.
2. Data migration for six mandatory templates must be completed within one month of subscription.
3. A minimum of 5 users is required.
4. Training and implementation will commence after providing the complete of data migration and be provided online.

9. If conditions are not met and the facility still wishes to continue with Ksatria eClinic, a subscription fee will be charged for a minimum of 5 users, paid in advance, at Rp. 9.000.000 per year.
