Industry Clinic System for Workforce Health & Compliance

A digital clinic system for workforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Overview

The Ksatria Industry Clinic System is designed to standardise the management of medical check-ups and occupational health in industrial settings – mine sites, oil rigs, plantations, large factory settings where employers are providing medical services to their employees and possibly their families. Built on 20 years of experience in healthcare IT, we bring a robust, compliant, and efficient system that addresses the unique needs of industrial clinics. Ksatria gives dispersed industrial operations one standardised clinical record — so every worker’s medical check-ups, fitness-for-work decisions and health documentation are captured the same way at every site — including PT REA Kaltim’s 18 clinics, one central and 17 remote satellites, running on a single platform.

Key Features

Accordion Content

Manage the complete cycle of pre-employment, periodic and exit medical check-ups, with lab and imaging results mapped directly into the check-up record

Occupational data flows through registration, clinical, diagnostic-support and medical-record reports as standard, with no custom report needed.

Plan periodic check-ups across the whole workforce using the import feature, rather than booking each worker individually.

Proven government-system integration (e.g. BPJS in Indonesia) and open APIs for third-party systems.

Issue medical certificates directly from the patient record — sick-leave, work-restriction, fitness-for-work, and physical or mental health certificates — for both the employee and company HR.

A worker examined at any location has the same structured record, the basis for group-level oversight and centralised records management

Hearing conservation and audiometry tracking for noise-exposed workforces.

Benefits

Accordion Content

One record across every clinic — a worker’s history follows them between sites and between roles, instead of sitting in four separate record sets.

Defensible records — in most of these markets workers’ compensation is an employer-liability model, so your own contemporaneous clinical record is your primary defence.

Evidence you can produce on the day it is asked for — a complete examination history per worker, rather than assembled by hand the week the inspector or surveyor arrives.

Risk-based screening that actually happens — who is due, who has lapsed, and what expires when.

Supporting Modules & Features

On demand: these capabilities are fully specified and can be built into your deployment as a scoped extension. They are quoted separately and are not part of the standard build.

Accordion Content

Identify and map risks specific to different job roles and environments — grouped into homogeneous exposure groups (HEG) (on demand).

Efficiently handle occurrences and incidents with detailed reporting and follow-up capabilities (on demand).

Employee and dependant records — family members recorded alongside the workforce, because most site clinics treat both.

Provide access to the system in multiple languages, enhancing usability for diverse workforces.

Flexible deployment options to suit organisational needs, whether on the cloud or on-premise.

On demand — a stakeholder view of occupational health services with booking and referral, delivered as a scoped extension.

Any Questions? We Have the Answers

Ksatria’s Industry Clinic System is built for corporate and industrial clinics — mine sites, plantations, oil rigs, factories — across English-speaking Sub-Saharan Africa, managing employee health surveillance, incident and compliance data in one digital platform. Pre-employment, periodic and exit medical check-ups are core features, alongside digital sick leave and work restriction certificates.

Yes — Ksatria’s Industry Clinic System supports integration with government and insurance platforms as required, such as Ghana’s NHIS claims workflow, and connects to national reporting frameworks like DHIS2 through a general interface built for rapid, on-demand rollout as each market requires it. Integration scope depends on national regulatory requirements in each country.

Occupational risk exposure profile mapping and incident management are available as on-demand modules, letting employers document workplace incidents and map risks specific to job roles. Core employee and dependent health record management, plus reporting, is included as standard.

It’s part of the Ksatria platform, not a standalone product. The Industry Clinic System shares the same clinical records, pharmacy and reporting infrastructure as Ksatria’s clinic and hospital modules, so a company clinic runs on the same platform used by outside healthcare facilities.

Yes. Ksatria offers cloud-based and on-premise deployment, so a mine site, plantation or factory clinic with unreliable internet can run the system entirely on local infrastructure, while sites with reliable connectivity use the cloud deployment.

It means the capability is fully specified and can be built into your deployment as a scoped extension, quoted separately from the standard build. It is not included by default, and we would rather tell you that now than at implementation.

Yes — that is what the system is built for. At PT REA Kaltim Plantations, 18 clinics — one central and 17 remote satellites — run on a single platform, so a worker’s record follows them between sites.

Usually the provider. Results come back as reports in the provider’s format, which makes year-on-year analysis and audit response harder than it needs to be. A workplace clinic system keeps the longitudinal record with the employer, whoever performs the examination — and we work alongside external examination providers rather than replacing them.
