Hospital & Clinic Information System Zimbabwe

Supporting Zimbabwe's Hospital Digitalisation & National Health Reporting

hospital management system, simrs

In Zimbabwe, Ksatria’s Hospital Information System (HIS) supports hospitals as they move from paper-based and fragmented workflows toward more structured digital operations. The system helps healthcare facilities streamline daily processes, improve data accuracy, and strengthen operational oversight. DHIS2 Reporting — Under Development: your system will connect directly to the national health data platform once this module is activated. Ksatria has proven national system integration capability through its live SATUSEHAT connection in Indonesia.

Ksatria offers affordable, modular hospital systems designed for Zimbabwe’s healthcare environment. Deployments can be implemented progressively as either cloud-based (for facilities with reliable internet) or on-site server installation (for facilities with unreliable or no internet). Ksatria enables hospitals to manage patient records, billing, pharmacy, and reporting more efficiently while remaining aligned with evolving Ministry of Health data and reporting requirements.

Who We Serve in Zimbabwe

Public and Private Hospitals

Ksatria is designed for public and private hospitals managing high patient volumes and complex administrative workflows. The system helps centralise patient records, streamline outpatient and inpatient operations, and improve billing, pharmacy, and reporting processes within a single platform.

NGO-run or mission-based hospitals

NGO-run and mission hospitals play a vital role in Zimbabwe’s healthcare system, often operating with limited resources and manual processes. Ksatria supports these facilities by enabling structured digital workflows that improve record-keeping, operational visibility, and long-term sustainability while remaining cost-conscious.

Government Health Projects or PPPs

Ksatria is suitable for government-led health initiatives and public-private partnerships focused on strengthening healthcare delivery, improving data quality, and supporting national health reporting objectives. The system provides structured data and reporting capabilities aligned with Ministry of Health and Child Care requirements, with DHIS2 integration under active development.

Regional and District Healthcare Centres

Regional and district-level healthcare centres use Ksatria to digitise day-to-day clinical and administrative operations. The system supports scalable deployment, allowing facilities to implement core modules first and expand over time as digital capacity and operational needs grow.
