All information in Ksatria Medcical System is encrypted, meaning it cannot be read by unauthorized individuals or systems without the proper access key. This security measure is built into the system by default.
We are committed to complying with government regulations on data protection. Patient data is fully owned by the clinic, and we cannot access or share patient information without the clinic’s consent.
Our Patient Data Protection Policy (Privacy Policy) is integrated into the system and can be reviewed before logging in.
We only shares data with legally authorized entities, such as BPJS, SatuSehat, and the Ministry of Health, through required integrations mandated by these institutions.
Do you provide customisation for your software?
