We are committed to strong compliance and national alignment. Ksatria runs live, production integrations with Indonesia’s SATUSEHAT exchange and Ghana’s NHIS claims workflow, and have developed an interface for DHIS2 integration, making country-specific rollout rapid and on demand. Our systems also follow international standards including HL7 FHIR and ICD-10. This ensures providers can confidently connect to national health-data systems and maintain secure, accurate, and interoperable records. FAQ
What types of facilities can use Ksatria’s system?
Ksatria is designed for hospitals, clinics, small health centres, private practices, community facilities, and NGO-run medical programmes. Our modular structure allows each facility to choose only the features they need.
Do you offer remote training and support for countries without local partners?
Yes. We provide full remote implementation, training, and onboarding for facilities in countries where we do not yet have local partners. On-site deployment can also be arranged depending on project requirements.
Can your system work in areas with limited internet connectivity?
Yes. Ksatria is deployed as an on-site server for facilities where internet is unreliable or unavailable, so the system runs entirely on local infrastructure without depending on a live connection. Where internet is reliable, the cloud deployment is used instead.
Can Ksatria be used in smaller mission or faith-based hospitals?
Absolutely. Ksatria is widely used by mission-based and donor-supported hospitals. It offers tools for clinical documentation, medication tracking, and donor-specific reporting—all in a cost-effective, easy-to-use format.
