The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) is the primary healthcare provider for the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. DHA operates E-Links, a web-based system that provides a secure and centralized platform for healthcare facilities to manage and integrate patient data and information. It is connected to 382 healthcare facilities in Dubai, making it easier for healthcare providers to access patient data, exchange information and collaborate with other healthcare providers for better patient care. The system aims to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery, increase patient safety, and reduce medical errors.
As it is in Dubai, the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Health has established a health application called Satu Sehat Indonesia.
Satu Sehat Indonesia is developed to provide the citizens with information and access to healthcare services, while monitoring public health conditions and implementing preventive measures. This application also facilitates telemedicine services and community health services.
According to regulation of the Indonesian Ministry of Health No. 24/2022 on Medical Record, it is stated that all healthcare facilities must have Electronic Medical Record (EMR) no later than December 31, 2023.
